Can you display these globes outside?
Yes, all of our globes are suited for all weather display.
 
Do these globes light up?
Yes, all of our globes are intended to be lit for best display, but they do not come with a light. If you would like to light them up for display, we offer a separate lamp stand to display them.
 
Are they shipped fully assembled?
No, they are shipped un-assembled for safety as well as additional savings on shipping costs.
 
How do I assemble a 13-1/2" Globe?
We include step by step instructions with every 13-1/2" globe.
 
When will my order be shipped? 
We ship daily Monday - Friday, as a general rule all orders are shipped same day if possible. Statutory holidays and weekends not included.
 
Can I pick up my order?                                                                                          
Yes, you can place your order online, and select "Local Pickup" as the shipping option, then email us at questions@pogosgarage.com to arrange pick up from our warehouse in Armstrong, British Columbia, Canada.
 
How soon will I get my order?
We ship all orders by Expedited Parcel Post which generally takes 3-5 business days. We are located in Canada on the west coast, so shipments to the east coast and southern U.S. can take a little longer.
 
My item arrived damaged?
Please document the damage with photos, including the packaging, and contact us by email questions@pogosgarage.com if your purchase arrives damaged.
 
Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?
We don't have a wholesale program, we are a small scale manufacturer, and still make everything by hand, subsequently we don’t generate anything in high volume. That is also why we make so many globes no one else does,  we simply can’t compete on price, so, we have to set ourselves apart with unique products. However, we can offer a discount on large orders, so if you would like to make a large purchase, please contact us by email questions@pogosgarage.com
 
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, however, upon approval we will accept returns of un-opened items for exchange or store credit only (less shipping costs). If your return is approved, you must send items back via U.S.P.S. or Canada Post and it must be insured. Any damage will be your responsibility, as it is ours when we ship to you. And, if required for shipment, any customs paperwork MUST indicate that the item is being returned to original seller for exchange, failure to do so will result in your package being refused do to accrued customs charges. You MUST use USPS or Canada Post ONLY. We will not accept returns sent via UPS, FedEx or other Couriers.
 
Why is there no phone number to call?
Customer service is very important to us, however, being a small and busy company, in order to handle all aspects of the operation in a timely manner, from design & production to order fulfillment & shipping, we do not have a customer service phone line but invite you to use the contact form below, or send an email to questions@pogosgarage.com
